Baccarat Banque Practices and Plan

Baccarat Rules

Baccarat is enjoyed with 8 decks in a dealing shoe. Cards under ten are worth their printed value and with Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and Ace is one. Wagers are made on the ‘bank’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these are not actual people; they simply represent the 2 hands to be dealt).

Two cards are given to both the ‘bank’ and ‘gambler’. The total for every hand is the total of the cards, but the 1st number is dumped. e.g., a hand of five and 6 has a score of one (five plus 6 = eleven; drop the 1st ‘1′).

A 3rd card may be dealt using the following rules:

- If the player or bank gets a total of eight or nine, both players hold.

- If the gambler has 5 or less, he takes a card. Players otherwise hold.

- If the player stays, the bank takes a card on a total less than five. If the player hits, a chart is employed to decide if the banker stays or takes a card.

Punto Banco Odds

The bigger of the two hands wins. Winning bets on the bank pay out 19:20 (equal money minus a five percent rake. The Rake is recorded and cleared out when you leave the game so make sure you still have money around just before you head out). Winning wagers on the gambler pays 1 to 1. Winning wagers for tie frequently pays 8 to 1 but occasionally 9 to 1. (This is a awful wager as a tie occurs lower than one in every ten rounds. Be wary of betting on a tie. Although odds are substantially greater for 9:1 versus eight to one)

Bet on properly baccarat banque gives fairly decent odds, aside from the tie wager of course.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Strategy

As with all games baccarat chemin de fer has some familiar false impressions. One of which is close to a false impression in roulette. The past isn’t a prophecy of events about to happen. Recording previous results at a table is a poor use of paper and a snub to the tree that was cut down for our stationary needs.

The most common and probably the most successful course of action is the one-three-two-six tactic. This method is employed to build up earnings and minimizing risk.

Begin by betting one chip. If you succeed, add 1 more to the two on the game table for a total of three dollars on the second bet. Should you succeed you will retain 6 on the game table, subtract 4 so you keep two on the 3rd bet. If you win the third wager, add two on the four on the table for a total of 6 on the 4th wager.

Should you do not win on the initial wager, you take a loss of one. A profit on the 1st wager followed by a hit on the second creates a loss of two. Wins on the 1st 2 with a loss on the third provides you with a gain of two. And success on the 1st three with a loss on the fourth means you balance the books. Succeeding at all 4 bets gives you with twelve, a take of ten. This means you are able to give up the 2nd bet five times for each successful run of four bets and in the end, are even.
