Baccarat Protocols

Baccarat is played with 8 decks of cards. Cards of a value less than ten are said to be worth face value while 10, J, Q, K are 0, and A are each given a value of 1. Wagers are placed upon the ‘banker,’ the ‘player’ or for a tie (these aren’t actual people; they simply represent the two hands to be given out).

2 hands of two cards are then played to the ‘banker’ as well as ‘player’. The value for each hand will be the sum of the 2 cards, but the first digit is dropped. For e.g., a hand of 7 … 5 results in a tally of 2 (7plus5=twelve; drop the ‘one’).

A 3rd card can be given depending on the foll. guidelines:

- If the gambler or banker has a total score of eight or 9, both players stand.

- If the gambler has 5 or lower, he hits. gamblers stand otherwise.

- If player stands, the banker hits of 5 or lower. If the gambler hits, a chart might be used to determine if the banker stands or hits.

Baccarat Odds

The greater of the 2 scores is the winner. Successful bets on the banker payout 19 to twenty (even money less a five percent commission. Commission is followed closely and paid out when you leave the table so make sure that you have cash left before you leave). Bets on the player that end up winning pay one to 1. Winning bets for tie typically pay eight to 1 and sometimes nine to 1. (This is an awful gamble as ties will happen less than 1 every ten hands. Avoid laying money on a tie. Regardless odds are generously better – nine to 1 vs. eight to 1)

Played smartly, baccarat provides pretty good odds, aside from the tie wager ofcourse.

Baccarat Tactics

As with just about every games, Baccarat has some well-known misunderstandings. One of which is similar to a roulette misconception. The past is not an actual indicator of future results. Tracking of old results on a chart is definitely a complete waste of paper as well as an insult to the tree that gave its life to be used as our stationary.

The most established and almost certainly most successful method is the one-three-two-six scheme. This process is deployed to magnify payout and lowering risk.

commence by gambling 1 unit. If you win, add one more to the two on the table for a total of 3 on the second bet. If you win you will have 6 on the table, take away 4 so you have 2 on the third bet. If you win the third gamble, add 2 to the four on the table for a sum total of six on the fourth bet.

If you don’t win on the initial wager, you take a loss of one. A win on the 1st bet followed up by loss on the 2nd creates a loss of 2. Wins on the 1st two with a loss on the 3rd gives you a profit of 2. And wins on the first three with a loss on the fourth mean you breakeven. Winning at all four bets leaves you with twelve, a profit of ten. Thus you can get beaten the second bet 5 times for every successful streak of 4 bets and still break even.
